The terms for using this website and Product Vector’s desktop software.

The product

Product Vector is desktop planning and project software for Windows. Features depend on the version supplied, compatible hardware and configured services. Local AI models are obtained separately. Online research, downloads, cloud AI and connected tools require network access and may require third-party accounts.

Permitted use

You may use a lawfully obtained copy for your own personal or business work subject to the license and purchase terms supplied with it. You retain ownership of your own input, plans and records. You must have the right to use material you import and services you connect. Do not redistribute or resell the software without permission, remove ownership notices, or use it unlawfully. Rights expressly permitted by applicable law remain unaffected.

AI and research

Generated content can be incomplete or inaccurate. Review sources, scope, tasks and changes before relying on them. Product Vector is a planning tool and does not guarantee market demand, profitability, legal compliance or a successful launch. It is not a substitute for professional legal, financial or other specialist advice.

Your workspace and services

You are responsible for preserving recovery credentials, protecting your computer and keeping backups. The application password is an app lock, not encryption of workspace files. You choose which cloud providers and external tools to configure, and their terms and usage costs apply separately.

Email subscriptions

Signing up for product emails is optional, does not purchase a license and does not guarantee a release date or access to a particular feature. You can unsubscribe at any time. Information about the signup service is in our privacy policy.

Orders and delivery

This website does not currently offer checkout. If a purchase is offered, its product, price, currency, applicable taxes, billing frequency and delivery method must be provided before payment. Do not assume a lifetime license, a subscription or future updates unless expressly included in your order.

Refunds and subscriptions

See our refund policy and the terms shown at checkout. Any recurring billing applies only if you choose a subscription. For a question about an existing order, contact us using the details on our Contact page. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Responsibility and changes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not promise uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or a particular business result. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updates to these terms apply prospectively; terms attached to an existing purchase remain subject to applicable law.
