How information is handled on this website, in your desktop workspace and when you choose connected services.

Website visits

This marketing website is hosted on Netlify. Your browser sends the request information needed to deliver and secure the site, including your IP address, requested URL, browser information and request time. Netlify processes this information for hosting and security. We have not added visitor analytics, advertising pixels or a website account system.

Your desktop workspace

Your profile, settings, product plans, research records, projects and owned attachments are stored locally in the workspace you choose. The app uses local diagnostic events and local model metadata. Product Vector does not require a hosted workspace account. We do not receive your workspace simply because you use the app.

License verification

For a release that requires a license check, the information sent for that check is limited to what is needed to verify the license and its activation status. Your ideas, plans, project content and imported documents are not needed for license verification. Ordinary network requests also reveal connection information such as an IP address to the service receiving them.

Local AI and optional connections

Supported local inference runs on your computer. Model downloads contact the listed model source. If you configure cloud AI, web research or external tools, the selected service receives the request content, excerpts or files needed for that operation according to your configuration and permissions. Those providers process data under their own terms. Local-only mode blocks cloud inference and external tools.

Security and backups

The app lock restricts access within the application; it does not encrypt the SQLite database or attachments. Provider credentials are protected using Windows security for the current operating-system user. Use operating-system access controls and disk encryption where appropriate. Exported backups are files under your control; store and share them carefully.

Email updates through Brevo

If you choose to subscribe, the details you enter in the Brevo form, your consent record and technical submission information are processed to manage your subscription and send Product Vector news and release updates. Subscribing is optional and separate from using the desktop app. Brevo is our email service provider and may process data outside your country under its privacy policy.

You can withdraw your consent using the unsubscribe link in an email or by contacting support@productvector.app. Subscription information is kept while you subscribe; a limited suppression record may be retained after unsubscribing to honor your choice. We do not sell your signup information. Email messages may include delivery and engagement information processed by Brevo.

Payments and purchase enquiries

This website does not currently offer checkout or collect payment-card details. If you send a purchase enquiry, we use the information you provide to answer it. Any future payment service and its data handling will be identified before you make a purchase.

Support communications

If you contact us, we use the information you send to answer your request and address product or purchase issues. Send only information needed for support. Do not send passwords, recovery keys, provider credentials or an entire workspace unless a suitable transfer has been explicitly agreed.

Retention and your choices

You control your locally stored workspace and backups. Closing or uninstalling the app does not automatically remove exported files. Support information is kept as long as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable record-keeping obligations, then deleted or anonymized. You may request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you through support@productvector.app. Depending on applicable law, you may also object to processing, withdraw consent, request portability, or complain to the relevant regulator, including the Philippines National Privacy Commission. We may need to verify your identity before handling a request. Rights and permitted retention vary under applicable law.

Read Netlify’s privacy policy for its processing. We will update this page when our practices change. This product is intended for adult business and independent-building use and is not directed to children.
